Community
Heritage Homes and Designs is proud to be an active participant in our local community. We believe in reaching beyond our own business to serve our community.
Out of Ashes Ministries, Inc.
Seeing a deep need for teaching and mentoring in the lives of women, Lori founded Out of Ashes Ministries to serve our local community and beyond. At her core, Lori is a teacher. She is driven to assist others in knowing God and has a passion to see women restored and walking in love and freedom.
Our outreach and the love we choose to exercise has a ripple effect across families, communities, and generations.
HABITAT FOR HUMANITY
Lori Gano, owner of Heritage Homes & Designs spent five years volunteering with the local Knoxville Habitat for Humanity. From teaching the construction classes and volunteering in the field to leading in the annual multi-house blitz and women-builds, Lori and Heritage Homes & Designs support Habitat for Humanity's successful model of creating a positive system for community residents to build a home, a future, and a personal motivation to succeed. Consider supporting, with your time or donations, the thoughtful and life-changing work Habitat for Humanity continues to do in our community.
A HAND UP FOR WOMEN
A wonderful Knoxville organization that exists to help women move from dependency to self-sufficiency through weekly classes that focus on life skills, job readiness, and their relationship with God.
Interested in helping women by offering a hand up rather than a hand out?
