Project Spotlight: Picture Perfect Courtyard

Searching to make a way to enjoy the outdoors was difficult for this homeowner. These homes are constructed with private courtyards, and this end lot received a beating from the afternoon sun. We developed a plan that offered both shade and privacy. Creating a landscape boundary with different plantings offers peek-a-boos into the courtyard allowing neighbors a glimpse of the beauty while keeping the homeowners feeling covered.
